You are what you eat

The typical meal system of Americans is petrifying. We’ve got our Cappuccino on the way to work with a sausage, egg, and muffin. At lunch, we go out with the gang and gratify. Dinner time rolls around and because of our hectic lifestyles we’ve created for ourselves, common sense, Animal Removal and standard food preparation go out the window.

Snack, Burger, B, Sandwich, Fast Food

We are what we eat. That part we know. However, knowing how to turn that situation into something positive is something we could all learn about. Did you know that for many people with large bellies, it’s a combination of 2 things. Our diets aren’t conducive to keeping a flat stomach, and our exercise levels are not enough to reduce our caloric intake to a moderate level.

Belly Fats thrive on high carbohydrate foods. Have you ever seen that lanky man with the enormous beer belly? It is not coincidence. It is almost elementary math, however there is something else. Certain body types and body systems process sugars differently. Some are able to metabolize it quickly. Normally though, that excess sugar results in bad results. Your stomach can usually vouch for you.

It wasn’t until I found a system that was so brain dead simple that I truly understood what was happening. Now, over 2 years later, I still revel in the simple fact of how dumb my food choices were. Worse yet, I did not understand how to change them, for the long run, so that I could not just lose weight and fit into pants I didn’t possess, but also to live a happier life, which I wanted.

The good news is that you have options. This is America after all, the home of the free, land of the fast food. The government doesn’t force us to consume anything we don’t need to eat, unless we are in prison.

If you are tired of being held captive to the almighty burger, make a decision to create a change.
